On September 2015, Congo Love joined Congo Congo Week and Congo in Harlem in partnership with The Metropolitan Museum of Art (MET) to present a special day at the opening of Congo Week VIII.
The day entailed a specialized tour of Kongo: Power and Majesty, Post-tour panel discussion featuring renowned Congolese dance artist Faustin Linyekula, David Van ReyBrouk and Alisa LaGamma followed by the opening night film and reception at Maysles Cinema in Harlem and post reception with music and dance with live Congolese band.
